Effective March 19, 2026. Sango Sports Lab, Inc. operates sangosportslab.com and the Sango iOS application. This policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and safeguarded.

Information we collect

Account information may include name, email, credentials, and athlete profile details you choose to provide. Video and performance data is stored and processed to generate analysis and reports. Usage and device information supports analytics, diagnostics, and compatibility.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and reports, improve the service, communicate updates and support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Sango does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers such as Firebase and Stripe, with coaches or trainers you connect to, or when legally required. Account data and reports are retained while an account is active, subject to legal obligations and the deletion terms in the full interactive policy.

Security, children, and your rights

Sango uses TLS, authentication, and Firebase access controls, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13. Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion.
