Terms of Service

Effective March 19, 2026. These terms govern use of the Sango Sports Lab website and iOS application.

Service and accounts

Sango provides AI-assisted athletic performance analysis from uploaded video. Reports are informational and are not medical advice. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify Sango of unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded videos and data and grant Sango a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You must have the right to upload the content.

Subscriptions and acceptable use

Paid features are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan and applicable platform terms. Users may not reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, gain unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or resell access without written consent.

Disclaimers and termination

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will be accurate for a specific purpose. Accounts may be suspended for violations, and users may terminate through the service.
