What we look for
The movement-load signal is a composite of mechanics patterns associated with overuse and accumulated training strain:
- Knee valgus on plant and landing
- Hip drop / Trendelenburg sign during single-leg loading
- Asymmetric mechanics between left and right limbs
- Excessive ground-contact time suggesting fatigue accumulation
- Loss of joint control late in a session
How we score it
Every report ships a movement-load read graded from Very Low to Critical. We weight findings by severity and by the literature on each pattern’s link to overuse and biomechanical strain. A high read is a flag to slow down and address the mechanics — it is performance decision support, not a medical assessment.
What it isn’t
Sango Sports Lab is not a medical device. The movement-load read is performance decision support for athletes, parents, and coaches. It is not a diagnosis, screening tool, or substitute for clinical evaluation. If something hurts, consult a qualified clinician.
